THE PARTIES: This agreement is for mobile disc jockey entertainment services for the event described here, between the undersigned Client and Fernando Oliva manager of Digicloud LLC.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Digicloud LLC agrees to furnish services to the following Client and specifications as provided.
PAYMENT TERMS: Total fee agreed upon by Client and Digicloud LLC may be paid in installments. Digicloud LLC is holding a tentative reservation for the Client’s event until the referenced “Response Date.”

To confirm this agreement, submit your response by selecting the "I Agree" checkbox on this page with a deposit of $100.00. Agreements received after the Response Date is subject to availability. The balance may be paid no later than one week prior to the event by check or online. The balance is due no later than the date of the event unless otherwise previously arranged and may be paid with cash or credit card (fee 2.75%) Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All checks should be made payable to Digicloud LLC. There will be a $25.00 fee charged for all returned checks. Gratuities given to a Disc Jockey at an event are made at the sole discretion of the Client.

CANCELLATION: This Agreement cannot be canceled or modified except in writing or email by either the Client or Digicloud LLC. If the client initiates cancellation after 3 days of signing the contract and prior to the event, then the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event, the Client is responsible for the total fee OR may forfeit the deposit only by signing a new Entertainment Agreement with Digicloud LLC within two weeks of cancellation for a substitute engagement performed in the following 12 months. If the Client has utilized Digicloud LLC party planning services, then the deposit will be forfeited regardless of the date of cancellation. Rescheduling for events canceled due to inclement weather shall be accommodated whenever possible. Rescheduled events are subject to availability.
OVERTIME COSTS: When feasible, the Client's requests for extended playing time during the event will be accommodated. Overtime requested might be made in 1-hour increments. Extra hour #1=$100.00. Extra hour #2=$125.00. Extra hour #3=$150.00. Payment for overtime is due on the date of the event and may be made with cash, credit or debit card only.
PROVISIONS: The Client shall ensure that: (1) the performance facility provides Digicloud LLC with an area within 25 feet of a 110-volt outlet (3 prong grounded); (2) facility is open at least one hour prior to scheduled start time; (3) facility meets all federal and state safety regulations and has all appropriate music licenses and performance permits; (4) reasonable steps will be taken to protect Digicloud’s equipment, personnel and music. Crowd control will be provided if warranted; (5) for outdoor performances, shelter is provided that completely covers and protects Digicloud LLC’s equipment from adverse weather conditions; (6) The DJ will have the option to take a 15 minute break every 2 hours.
Client accepts full responsibility and is liable for any damages, injuries or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with these provisions. In the event of circumstances deemed by Digicloud LLC to present a real or implied threat of injury or harm to Digicloud LLC, equipment or recordings, then Digicloud LLC reserves the right to cease performance until such time as Client resolves the threatening situation. Digicloud LLC further reserves the right to deny any guest access to recordings or equipment. In the unlikely event that
-Digicloud LLC’s performance is delayed, liability is limited to providing the Client with performance time equal to time lacking. Digicloud LLC holds all appropriate insurance for its equipment and personnel.
